At Shusey, customer satisfaction is our priority. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before placing your order.
Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order under the following conditions:
- The item must be unused and in its original condition.
- The product must be returned in its original packaging.
- Any signs of wear, damage, or misuse may void the return eligibility.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Used shoes
- Damaged products caused by the customer
- Clearance or final sale items
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved:
- Refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days.
- The refund will be issued using the original payment method.
Exchange Policy
We only replace items if:
- The wrong size was delivered
- The wrong product was shipped
- The item arrived damaged or defective
Shipping Costs
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the error was from our side.
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Order Cancellation
Orders can only be canceled within 12 hours of placing the order. After processing or shipping, cancellation may not be possible.
